Hillberry Gin, inspired by the late Daisy Milne whose home was named Hillberry. Each day Daisy would leave her arm chair with breath-taking views of the green hills that surrounded her home and take a short walk to collect local berries.

Upon her return she would make a Gin and Tonic and pop the berries into her large glass to enhance the flavour with something fresh and colourful

Today we raise a glass in her memory and use only the finest local Scottish botanicals such as rowan berries, rosehip and nettles. The bold flavour and scent comes from fresh orange and fresh lemon peel. To add sophistication
